Suzana Das has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients in business,real estate and estate

Suzana graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 2001. She has worked with some of the prestigious law firms before founding Das Law, LLC. She has

focused her law practice in the areas of business law, complex commercial litigation, employment law and insurance defense, estate litigation and is

currently focusing her practice in the areas of estate planning & business administration and succession planning. Suzana is a member of the Wealth Counsel, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals, families and businesses. Suzana brings to her estate planning clients, not only her diverse experience in law and litigation, but her dedication to protect as a daughter, a sister, a wife and a mom. To her business clients, she not only brings her vast experience in business transactional services and litigation, but also her sensitivity to familial conflicts in closely held business encounters, to provide a comprehensive array

of planning services to preserve the wealth and keep the business in the family for generations to come. Suzana loves educating her community on a variety of topics including kids planning and protection, family wealth planning, wealth preservation, business and asset protection of inheritances.

 

On a personal note, Suzana resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, their two daughters and two cats Pepper and Spice. They are the reasons why she understands that estate planning is something you do not just for yourself, but for the people you love. She prides herself in leaving a legacy.
